La Française Ibiza is responsible for coordinating and managing events as agreed in writing.

However:

  • Individual suppliers (photographers, venues, caterers, etc.) operate under their own contracts.

  • Once payments are made directly to suppliers, liability rests with those suppliers.

  • La Française Ibiza cannot be held responsible for force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.
